IWF Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah, directors, and members from the Seoul metropolitan area and the Chungnam province volunteered relief effort three times at Taean Peninsula where the worst oil spill disaster happened, and donated funds as well.

Jeju Island residents are in despair because of typhoon “Nary,” so the IWF members on Jeju Island volunteered to provide free meal on September 23, 2007, and to repair the damaged houses of senior citizens living alone on October 7.
